Ingredients
  • 100 g carob flour
  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 level tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 level tsp mahleb
  • 5 tbsp Bahçeden Raw Mix Energy
Directions:
Add carob flour and eggs to the food processor and whisk until they reach the right consistency. Add the bananas, cinnamon, vanilla extract, mahleb, and blend for 2-3 minutes. Then add Bahçeden Mix Energy, but do not blend it with the food processor, just mix it with a spoon in the cake batter. Oil the glass baking tray and pour the cake batter into the tray. Bake for 30 minutes in a 150° preheated oven. Serve.

Owing to the fact that white flour is a low-fiber sustenance, it does not have a place in a healthy diet. For this reason, we are baking a cake using carob flour as an alternative in this recipe. Also, instead of sugar, we are using overripe bananas and the taste of dried fruits from Bahçeden series.  Carob flour is a source of soluble fiber and this type of fiber helps regulating your bowel functions and lowering the cholesterol levels in your blood. As walnuts, pistachios and hazelnuts included in Bahçeden Energy Mix energize your day with healthy fatty acids and healthy energy sources, raisins and dried apricots will be equally good as sugar and also they will make you healthier with the fibers and minerals they contain.
