You know what some scientists say: "An apple a day, keeps the doctor away." Thanks to their content of the fiber named pectin, apples contribute to intestinal health. Prunes protect your intestinal health and general health thanks to the high content of fiber and especially the effective antioxidants that give them a purplish color. You can also make this recipe with no or less sugar. Hazelnuts have many health benefits such as contributing to regulation of blood pressure, reducing inflammation and improving blood glucose levels.
